Lázaro is the pioneer of his family in the farm. In the beginning, coffee cultivation was just a way to diversify his pursuits, since he was already a businessman in the field of fuels. His love of coffee has spoken louder and today, besides his main activity, it is his greatest passion. To make a high-quality coffee, Lázaro follows a simple philosophy: whatever you do, do your best. The producer attributes 70% of its production to specialty coffees. All this quality comes from the selection of seedlings, varieties, management, harvesting and post-harvest steps - steps that together make quality coffee.
Gustavo Ribeiro, the second generation, assumes the same passion as his father and also seeks to make a difference in the details of the process. Lázaro and his son are continuously improving upon the processes they use in their incessant search for excellence. Gustavo explains that his connection to coffee was a combination of convenience and passion, since from a very young age he had contact with the crop. His father inherits passion and perfectionism and has the mission to continue this history. This farm has the certifications Rainforest and Certifica Minas.
