This is a 72 hrs Natural Anearobic processed coffee. Selected and quality approved cherries were put in clean container, closed fully and kept inside the container without air circulation for 72 hours. Then, the container was opened, waited for 6 hours before they put the coffee in open sun on drying tables. Coffee is dried carefully and sorted until after 79 days the coffee reached the desired moisture levels.
